The CivAct journey begins! 

 Between March 23–25, 2025, Romania hosted the first international workshop of the CivAct – Citizens in Action for Democratic Participation project 

 25 young people from  Romania,  Poland,  Denmark,  Croatia, and  Bulgaria came together to explore participatory democracy 

 During the 3-day workshop, participants:
 discovered how to become active citizens
 learned about engaging in community decision-making
 worked in international teams 
 shared ideas and experiences from their countries

 This workshop marked an important first step in empowering a new generation of young people ready to actively contribute to society!
