Among the specific objectives of this project we can list:
Project objectives
O1 Facilitating Exposure Exchange to create personal branding for 42 participants in 5 countries for 9 days
O2 Motivating participants to actively engage in the social life of the local community by understanding the issues faced by their peers, increasing the number of volunteers in each partner organization with 8 young people
O3 Increase of the number of employees from the members of the partner associations by 30%.
O4 Identify alternative ways to improve CV for 42 participants from 5 countries.
Each partner had 8 participants, a group of 7 young people and one group leader, and Romania had 10 participants. In total there were 42 participants carrying out nonfromal education for 9 days.
The youth exchange activities have been planned to achieve all of the project goals. The Erasmus + project presentation sessions of the Youth Pass certificate have helped to create group spirit and facilitate the exchange of information throughout the project.
From 42 participants from the UpDatE + your CV, 20 youth were youth with few opportunities, with real problems in social an cultural environment.
Each partner made a workshop to disseminate the results in the organization. These workshops were coordinated by project leaders and project participants. They were made for volunteers in organizations. We can say that they have had the greatest impact in enrolling new volunteers in partner organizations.
Sustainability of the project is an important point in our relationship with our partners, for this we have determined that we will always update the site with useful information, we will further promote the materials within our own projects, we will further monitor the progress of the young people participating in various projects of the promoters, we will initiate other projects that address the problems studied in the framework of youth exchange, but the most important is the intention to impress and the 2nd edition of this project.
Group leaders have found that young people have complied with their commitment to help each of at least 3 people in their circle of friends to improve their resume, so we have earned over 200 CVs that can compete on the big European labor market. During the dissolution, the young people participated in the project presentation sessions, seminars and other projects where they also promoted the “UpDatE + your CV” project. During the activities, participants posted pictures and comments on social networking within the project, making their circle of friends from the online environment to the topic and Erasmus + projects very curious.
